Christ came to serve. He didn't come to be served but to reach out to those around Him that needed to be healed and restored. He calls us to serve and be willing to treat others around us as better than ourselves (Phil. 2:3).
That's what The Table is all about. This Thanksgiving, all over South Jersey, we see homes opened and Thanksgiving meals shared with those that need to be served. On Sunday evening, November 21st we are asking that families from Shore Fellowship make their homes available and have others over for a Thanksgiving meal. No agenda, no strings attached, just serve. Because that's who Jesus is and that's what He calls us to do.
If you would like to be a home that is open on November 21st, please register here. You can invite your co-workers, friends and those that live in your neighborhood. You can also have a few from Shore over to help serve those that attend. We will also recommend your home to those that may live close to you.
