Paid Staff Positions
Do you love Jesus and love working alongside a team of people committed to chasing after a vision?  Consider joining the staff of Shore Fellowship. We're a fast-paced, growing church that is all about Connecting the Love of Christ to the Heart of our Community.  The following positions are available.  

 Children's Ministries Director

 YOUR SKILLS

• Proven ability to develop leaders and lead teams of people
• Passion to see children accept Christ and grow in their relationship with Jesus
• Can relate to and lead not just children, but parents and adults as well
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

YOUR PERSONALITY

• You are outgoing, fun and enjoy working in a fast paced, creative environment
• You are flexible and are able to adapt easy to change
• You work well with large groups of people and can cast vision and lead them towards a vision
• You are one of those people that refuses to grow up

IT WOULD ROCK IF YOU

• Have worked for Disney, Pixar or Universal Studios
• Have had previous experience leading children and families in other ministries 
• Do motions to worship songs, even when you're not with kids
• Have previously won a Kids Choice Award

YOU WILL

• Lead and oversee all Children's Ministry worship experiences during the weekends
• Be the primary leader for all Children's Ministry activities
• Lead and empower a large group of volunteers
• Connect with children and their families and seek to partner with them to take Next Steps in their walk with Christ
• Communicate regularly with children and their families both, verbally and written
• Be passionate about Jesus and Shore Fellowship Church, and represent both with excellence on and off the job

Unpaid Staff Positions
Unpaid positions are exciting opportunities to serve Shore Fellowship Church in the capacity of a staff member. In addition to gaining valuable field experience, these positions offer platforms for professionals to exercise their leadership talents and assist in working towards the vision of Shore Fellowship Church. Unpaid staff members are required to work for a set amount of time during regular office hours, and attend weekend services regularly.
